I had been looking for something like this to help me when making a Cajun Brown Gravy. This did the trick. It helped to darken the gravy and there is no added taste to the gravy. I only had to add 1 teaspoon of it to my gravy to get it just right. Very good product!

When I received the product, it had spilled all over the packaging. There is no returning this product, and I trashed it immediately. I learned an important lesson on what to purchase online.

I use the product to stew my chicken but the bottle cap needs to be sealed before mailing and product should wrapped in bubble wrap.

This product was used to make the Jamaican black cake. Good color and flavor. Kudos to the shipping department. The jar had leaked a little, but it was wrapped and taped so well, it didn't cause any problems. Just rinsed off the jar and we were good to go. Would use this seller again.
