Soluble as you’d expect from a whey powder. I definitely notice an unpleasant taste when mixing with just water or with coffee/creamer. It’s bearable when mixed with a little bit of almond milk, and water, or if you plug your nose and chug it with as minimal water as possible. I haven’t tried mixing it in with food yet. Isopure has yet to bother my stomach, I also get the vanilla flavor which is pretty yummy.

Product is great, new packaging sucks. The new bags have a tiny, cheap “zipper” that doesn’t close properly. Old bag had a double ziploc style zipper that kept the product fresh. Annoying to have to transfer a powdered product like this to a new container. As for the product itself, I would give it 5 stars. Can easily mix one scoop into one shot of espresso. Makes a nice, somewhat creamy consistency and doesn’t clump if you whisk it in. Changes the flavor slightly, but not in a noticeable or bad way. Almost like a subtle cream type taste? Would (and have) purchase again.

I use this as an additive to my coffee for a protein boost and the quality is worth the price.. I enjoyed it so much, I purchased chocolate too. Mixes well and flavor is simple enough it doesn’t over power. I appreciate the health benefits and the ease.

Best whey I tried no flavor at all and won’t ruin any you prepare with it. I usually mix it with Greek yogurt and berries and I can’t tell that the mix has whey.

I buy this product because it's gluten free, unflavored & has protein & vitamins & it's a good price. I put it in my daily shake to help me build muscle, & I believe it's a healthy product. No unhealthy ingredients in this product.

I bought this to put in my hot coffee but it just clumps.i had to mix it in the blender first. It foamed up, which was a nice addition to my coffee, and it has a slight milky flavor, which I like. -one star for the clumping, which creates a little extra labor just for coffee. I’d buy it again..

Amazing protein

I absolutely hate the taste of non-sugar sweeteners in protein powder, tried a whole bunch of different brands. This protein powder, unsweetened, is surprisingly pleasant on the palate. Almost taste a little like milk. My favorite protein powder so far.
