UPDATE: 21.06.19I received a full refund very quickly after voicing my issues with the bag, and furthermore I was sent a new backpack and assured it would be better quality, as they had a 'bad batch'. It came two days ago and it is genuinly so much better! The material is much much thicker, looks and feels stronger. After using the bag I can say thta it actually does fit a lot of items it's not as small as it looks! Very happy atm to back to 4 starts, will see whether it continues veing great and does not tear this time :)UPDATE: 10.6.19I have taken off two stars, as ive barely had the bag and it's already got a rip in it! Not been carrying bathing heavy in it, normal use and the rips seems to just be getting bigger (see photos). Will update further in a few days.Very pretty although the material isn't as nice as I'd hoped. Does look like it may be water resistant though (haven't tried yet).Definately anti-theft, since the main bag opening is on the back, so covered by your back when wearing it. There are side pockets which are easily accessible as well. It is smaller than I expected from the pictures but there's more than enough space for my needs. Overall happy with this bag so far, will update if anythings comes up, as just got it today.

This arrived as expected, the next day. The colours are pretty and subtle with a sheen to the fabric. It looks classy not brassy, which is amazing for the price. It is also much lighter than my current bag. It has two zipped pockets down the sides which are quite small but would fit sunglasses and tickets. The zips run really smoothly. The two open side pockets would fit the small water bottles. The size inside is sufficient but I think it could be larger if it wasn't so padded. Still, it is a decent size for a day bag. What I don't like is the lining. It looks like that webbing/wadding type of packing material you sometimes find wrapped around delicate items. I feel this might go into holes quite soon. I could be wrong but it would have been better to have a silk or cotton liner and perhaps not black so it's easier to see your things. It is not sewn in very well so it tends to pull out or flop over my stuff inside. It comes with a funny keyring which can hook onto anywhere. I've used mine to hook the zips together for added security because with the keyring attached the side pocket zip was open exposing my keys. Just wondering whether the weight of the keyring pulled the zip down? Using it I have found the straps to be very slippery. When you try to take your arm out of the strap it tend to just keep lengthening!Last photo shows the wear after 2 months use. The lining is also shredded. However for £12 it has done it's job as a holiday bag. Now it's going in the bin.

Was dubious about ordering this for the price but was pleasantly surprised. Great quality, feels like thick soft leather. Zipper smooth and flawless, handle sturdy and secure. I love how it has two backpack straps or a single shoulder strap. Bought for a two week holiday, I have two dogs and two kids who come everywhere with us and expect me to carry everything and I need my hands free! It's a bit of a tardis bag, regular handbag size, smaller than a regular backpack but carries loads, standard pack of baby wipes, camera, purse, sunglasses, deodorant, phone, book (to read on the beach), pack of sweets, meds, sanitizer, poo bags etc etc with room to spare! Was a worthwhile and very handy our purchase, been used 10hrs a day for two weeks and no signs of any damage or wear!

I love, love, love this bag. I bought it as my "small item" when travelling. It is extremely roomy for its size and meant all my needed items for the flight could remain with me, no scrambling about in handluggage in the overhead lockers. I particularly like how it lies flat on my lap and I can open the back zip and have a full view of the contents. The three way carrying options are great. It's stylish too.

Bought for a 3 day trip around Switzerland. By the end of the second day, one of the back straps had ripped out from it.The bag was still usable with the other straps, but it’s just very cheaply made.The anti-theft element is really nice in that you can only access the main pocket from the back.

Very impressed with ths bag and have had a lot of people asking where I got it from. It is a good size and very comfortable. If I was being picky it would be nice if there was an inner divide but perfectly practical without one. It's waterproof too which has been a godsend lately. Very happy with it and would certainly recommend.

Had this bag since 25/04/20. Already slit at seam inside. Had to mend it as I need the bag. Very disappointed with quality. Would NOT recommend.So they have now replaced it. I have to say they were helpful. So hopefully if this one doesn’t split I can give a better review.Watch this space.

I already have similar bag but in one single colour. I love the fact that it is multi colour. Good quality stitching and it is just the right size. Very light which is good. I would had loved for the side pocket zip to be much deeper than it is now but it is big enough for my phone and pocket tissues etc.
