TimewheelPremium 20mm Zulu 2 Ring Black Nylon Watch Strap

I bought this strap to replace the lower quality one that came on my Timex Weekender watch. It appears to be made of a good quality Nylon that's thick and durable. It is overall comfortable but some may find the thicker hardware somewhat bulky when you rest your wrist on something with the hardware touching that area. This is my first Zulu style strap so i can only compare to the cheap one on my Weekender but I can still tell this is very well made and I'm guessing pretty durable.

I like this one over the 4 ring (I own and purchased both here).They are very well made. Good durable construction.If you are interested in a Zulu-style watch strap, you will not be upset with the quality of this strap. (Or the 4 ring, but I prefer the 2 ring).

The nylon is top quality, thick, the edges and holes are perfectly sealed, width is perfect. No sharp bits, rough edges or strings coming out like you'll get with cheaper nylon dive straps. The nylon is thicker and stiffer than a maratac zulu, so I recommend to wet the strap to soften it before installation, especially if you run 'fat' springbar upgrades.

I purchased this to replace an uncomfortable Timex Expedition resin watch band. I also purchased the 4 ring version and I like it, but it is bulky. Unless you have a huge watch and/or wrist, purchase this 2 ring version. Both the 2 and 4 ring bands have the same thicker nylon webbing, good stitching, and stainless steel hardware. The two included replacement pins are a nice bonus. There are less expensive products that appear similar, but may not be equivalent. I am very pleased with this product.

DO NOT MISS: "Free pair of stainless steel spring bars." I missed that fine print and spent an unnecessary extra $6 to buy more that I now expect to return... The bars are the high quality double shoulder kind. Used on my Timex Expedition Military Field watch after both the original strap and the spring bars all broke at the same time while I was coaching a tackling drill :) Great band, spring bars only sweeten the deal.

I guess I did not look at the picture close enough. This is a flat watch band. It does not have the extra small band that you can loop the watch through so it does not absorb the pressure from the main band. This band exerts too much pressure on the watch pins and causes them to pop out (at least on my watch). The material the band is made out of seems good. It is just not as functional as other types of bands of this type.

It is nice and comfortable, and the position of the loops allows the extra length to stay in place. The color is deep glossy black, and my Monster looks the business with it. It is a manageable length for my 7" wrist. All in all a great buy. Cheers
