The box looks great and the quality of the wood finish is not too bad. Lost two stars as the handle and catch are really poor quality. Looks nothing like the catch / lock in the images. If I attempt to carry the case the box just falls open.

I love bamboo hardwood because it not only looks great and is sustainable, but the wood can take hard knocks.The brass hinges are strong.They also look good and the lid slots accurately into the bamboo box to keep aligned.A nice looking golden handle adorns the lid.Altogether a fine looking, well made storage box for my Tisserand essential oil collection.

Ordered this box last minute for my wife's birthday as I have bought her some oils and a new diffuser. Arrived quickly and when I took it out of the box looked great. However, when I opened it, the compartments were not even and very rough on the ends. It was glued in place all skewiff. The outside right holes were now too small and the gaps at the edges were terrible. Photos don't really show how much the grid isn't Square in the box but the gaps are unacceptable anyway. Quality box but very poor finish inside. Shame as it really fit the bill. Return label printed and boxed as soon as I got it.
