Cheap and Easy!
Cheap and easy to use. Just plug in the usb into any port and boom works well. Setting 1 is great in a quiet place and although the air flow is mild it's still very cooling. Setting 2 is little louder but the strong air flow is very nice and it works best when outside so the noise of cars, birds or kids drowns it out. Great value for money!

Quiet and a high volume of air.
This fan is absolute quality. The look and feel of the thing are spot on: it feels sturdy, the head has 3 positions - each of which clicks into place and stays there, it's as quiet as it claims to be (ok it's not silent obviously, it does give out a low level hum but nowhere near enough to disturb anyone in an open plan office), the power button gives a solid satisfying click, the lead is plenty long enough, it's powerful as hell even on setting 1, and it doesn't move AT ALL once placed on the desk (I've seen some that dance all over the place). This has transformed my office life! Do yaself a favor - buy this fan.

Is not chargeable as some claim- but still a great little fan
I purchased this thinking it was chargeable, as in I could charge it up, unplug it from the power and use it without being connected to an external power source. Even some of the answered questions on this product page has one or two people saying it takes an hour or so to charge. What a complete load of tosh! This product is not chargeable and requires plugging into an external source to run. However, the fact that I was under the impression it was chargeable is my own carelessness for not looking further into it before purchasing, so I blame nobody but myself. Saying that though, I am still pleased with the fan and will certainly be keeping it as it does, in fact, do what I need it to do.It has three settings Off, 1 and 2. 1 is a gentle breeze with vary low fan noise. 2 is a stronger wind with a little more noise, though you're not going to have to shout to somebody on the other side of the room to be heard. Setting 2 is still pretty quiet. The stronger wind is certainly adequate for my needs.Generally speaking I use this fan when I am burning incense on cold days. If it's too cold to have windows open in the house I can set this fan behind the incense burner, turn it onto setting 1, and have the incense fragrance gently wafted around my fairly large room. In hot weather the fan can be used on setting 1 in my bedroom without keeping me awake. The fan head is up and down adjustable with a 30 degree arc. Despite it's cheapness and plastic housing it is surprisingly robust. Also has little foam pads on the underside to prevent the fan from moving across your desk.A great fan, but don't listen to those reviewers who tell you it is chargeable; it's not.

Good enough but...
It's fine. It works. It's cheap. It is also noisier than you'd expect and the dial is very awkward. When I first got it I found it nearly impossible to turn it to number 2. It's gotten easier but still harder than it should be. Some grippy grooves would've helped but the dial is smooth and feels like it's fitted wrong with how hard it can be to turn on/up.

Avoid!
Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this fan, after just over a year of infrequent use it has died.It uses a twin fan design (one small fan at the back and a bigger fan at the front) which sounds like it would make it a powerful fan but it was in fact a very weak fan. I would often quite literally have to put the fan against my face during the hot summer months hoping that it would provide a tiny bit of relief against the high temperatures. The fan collects dust incredibly easy and thanks to the twin fan design, cleaning the blades is a difficult task. When the fan is on the highest setting (and you would never use the lowest setting!), it will slowly rotate itself around on the desk as the rubber feet can't fight off the vibration produced by the fan - this means every 2 minutes you are repositioning the fan or you have to shove it in-between 2 solid objects so it doesn't move itself.Save yourself the stress and avoid!

Effective, great quality and price. 100% recommend
Barely any noise at all. Perfect for office or quiet study area. Just what I needed for those summer months. I've used this fan throughout the past year and it has plenty of power to cool me down in no time. It's small enough to be portable which is also nice, as I could genuinely sit there on the bus with my portable charger whilst everyone else was sweating buckets 😅

Perfect!
well! This is a small, compact, but powerful fan for the two settings. Easy set up - because there is none, just plug into your USB slot and there you go. For £10, one of my very best purchases on Amazon.I have had three new kittens born a few weeks ago, and they tear down everything, I wanted a new standing fan, but knowing they would have pulled that down too, plus that I work on my computer a lot, AND you can position the fan where is the optimum position for you, honestly, if you want a cheap but excellent fan, get this!

Cannot be cleaned, died in 3 weeks
Pros:USB cable and very small, ideal for moving about the house and taking camping etc.Incredibly quiet on the lowest setting (more than enough to fall asleep with).Weird tabs on the bottom stop it slipping so it stays put even on an angle or movement (i.e. great on a car dashboard).Cons:In no way can it be dismantled so the dust build up very quickly. Because of it's small design, it's difficult to dust it even with an earbud.I've had mine plugged into the mains (modern house with USB ports in the main sockets) and within a few weeks it literally died like it had phantom batteries that had run out. It even did a sad little letting go of the power. It's not the socket either. You can't change the cable.
