I get these every holiday season for baking and they’re definitely my favorites by far out of all the bulk pistachio options on here.They taste good and are perfect for baking and adding to other dishes. Sure, these are a little expensive and take longer to ship, but the pistachios are shelled and the overall quality is consistent. I’ve been ordering for a few years now and I’ve always been happy with the product.I wish I could get bigger bags, but 2lbs is perfectly reasonable.The pistachios taste like bulk shelled raw pistachios. They’re sometimes a little softer and not as snappy as snacking pistachios, but if that really bothers you, you can toast these easily! I use them ground/chopped in cookies and they taste AWESOME every time.

I was skeptical to order this products due to some bad reviews. I gave a chance. However I am very pleased with the texture and flavor of these pistachios with no salt, I will recommend them. In general unsalted pistachios doesn’t taste good at all, but this brand does taste very good to be unsalted. 👍🏼 I hope they keep the quality and future orders are as good as this.

Over all we enjoyed this. Keep in mind that it will not be as fresh as pistachios your local stores roast the day they sell them. But this is wonderful, still fresh, shelled, minus the salt. It deserves 5 stars only if there were no funky one in the batch I received. I personally got 5 bad seeds from half of the bag (approx. half a pound). I think it's acceptable, just that I've never got a bad seed buying from my local store. I do see myself buying this again to make ground pistachios.

I believe that raw nuts are more nutritious than ones that have been heated. And I love pistachios. So for me, this product is a great purchase. I store them in the freezer and take them out to snack on, or to add to a salad, or use in a recipe. They’re fresh and delicious. Crunchy. Top quality.
