I wanted a small side table that wasn't wider than 36" to have a place to put my keys, wallet, and books I haven't read yet but want to soon. What I ended up getting was this baker's rack. And I couldn't be happier.I'll list the cons first:1. The shelves don't look like natural wood at all. Personally, I wish they had offered solid colors (maybe a tan or light grey).That's it. That's the only negative I had, and quite honestly, it didn't bother me. I just think if I'd have designed the unit, I would have gone for a solid color or just a different pattern, LOL.Now for the cons:1. It's a very sturdy unit with lots of storage capacity.2. It comes with six adjustable feet so if it's on an uneven surface, you can adjust the feet so it still is steady and balanced.3. The directions are better than some, and while putting it together isn't super easy, it isn't that difficult either.4. They include extra screws! Seriously, they included an extra screw and bolt of every single type, so if you misplace one or something, you're still covered. That alone impressed me greatly.5. They label every single screw and bolt (and everything else) so you don't have to worry about which part is which.6. They also include all tools, including a disposable Philips head screwdriver. Who does that?7. The unit cost less than a $100, and hopefully you can tell by the pictures that it looks great and really adds a lot of storage in a very small space. Again, it's only 3 feet wide.8. I had one small problem with one of the parts, so I wrote Customer Service. Within hours, it had been taken care of. Seriously, I wrote them at 4:45 and by 10:31 the same day the issue was completely resolved.I could not be happier with this purchase. I mentioned the wood design as a con, but even that isn't really a flaw at all. It actually looks really good once everything is in place. I could not recommend this unit more. Period, end of discussion.

So to begin, this product is very inexpensive for a bakers rack. This obviously comes at the cost of lower quality pieces. As far as the surface pieces go, they look great and are fairly sturdy. The only issue they have is that the white plastic inserts that the screws go into aren't very strong and are easy to pull out. There is a warning in the instructions not to do so but they make it a bit difficult with how they don't ever seem to feel like they're tight enough.REGARDLESS OF THIS. The piece does eventually tighten enough to hold it together and the frame is sturdy. The size is perfect and exactly what we expected. Honestly, this bakers rack was so good that despite having one of the plastic inserts come out, we planned to keep it and forget about the missing screw. Eventually though I had received a follow-up email asking how the product was and if I had any issues with it. If it wasn't for this, I likely never would have said anything. The customer service person was very prompt to answer my questions and was more than willing to work to send me a replacement insert. In fact, they worked to get the replacement pieces to me almost right away.All in all, this bakers rack is worth the money. The only downside is the cheaper construction but that is to be expected for furniture shipped through amazon in this price range. If there is anything I can say to help you for when you get yours in the mail it would be: Don't tighten all of the screws during the initial assembly or the pieces won't line up and may cause issues. I recommend putting the pieces together and tightening them into place after the fact. Fortunately, the legs come with adjustable plastic screws at the bottom for height adjustment in the case that you need to tweak the way it stands...Hope this helps! I am satisfied with this purchase.

In general, it’s a good looking piece and exactly what we needed in our kitchen. We have limited cabinet space, and counter space is nearly nonexistent, so we needed something to park some kitchen appliances (that would be fighting over counter space) in a way that they would still be easily accessible and usable.The instructions are actually easy to follow, but I took off several stars because of some defective pieces.The reason I took off stars is because several pieces were defective.For example, during step five of the assembly instructions: of the four nuts (part D2) that anchored the cane shaped bars (part C) to the right side frame and the middle frame of the product, two of them did not have internal threads, so obviously the screws (part H), would not screw in. In the photos I have provided, you can see one that is threaded, and one that is smooth..The fully assembled piece is fine, and serves our purposes, but I’m afraid the very top shelf may be unstable because it is missing two anchor points (parts D2 and H).UPDATED REVIEW******The seller reached out to me almost immediately to clarify the problems I encountered, sent me extras of the defective pieces, FAST, and made sure that everything was right! The defective pieces were just an error in the manufacturing process, and the odds of me having received one were pretty slim. In any case, should you have a problem with this piece, I can tell you that the seller will immediately work to resolve the issue.In fact, we are considering purchasing another one to set up next to this one for even more kitchen storage, especially now that we are confident that any issues will be resolved.
