GloFish Live Fish Collections (20G Active)

I ordered the 20g active community. All the fish arrived healthy, packaging was professional. All the fish are very happy and getting along. As for coloring I didn’t seem to get blues which was disappointing but I’ll order some when they restock. Very satisfied and recommendedUpdate 1 month later I lost a total of 2 red tiger barbs, one died the next morning and a month later the other one died. Also I just realized that I got 3 yellow danos 3 purple 3 pink 3 green barbs 2 red barbs and one shark total of 15 fish however the picture shows 16 fish so I didn’t get one and 2 of died. All the other fish though are doing extremely good

The media could not be loaded. Omg this sucks! Ordered second time after the first order had 7 dead fish. Sure they refunded but LOOK AT THIS BAG! 10 Dead fish, I’m sure the rest will die. It leaked and the wet rubber band flicked dead fish water into my eye!!! The water is SICK! How dare they ship this without ice packs in summer, water was hot! I’ll request a refund again, don’t order these fish and support constant dead fish. Maybe order direct? They should really try and make this one up to me!

The good! The fish showed up in great condition, energetic and VERY well packaged.The bad! We're short a fish, and it's been almost a week since inquiring about it. I don't expect them to mail one fish, but an offer of a refund of that amount/an extra fish if we order more/anything really would have been nice. They haven't even responded, at least tell me to bugger off or something.

Great place and Great customer service. We purchased 20 fish.. they was sent in 3 bags the bag had 8 fish they was all dead straight outta box. The rest was great. Emailed customer service and they sent me new fish.. so. We was happy.

Be prepared for these fish to arrive early! Have your tank set up,phased and ready. If not overnight chances are it will arrive the next day!
