Seems to be ok. Nothing much special.More scientific and some of the facts don't seem true like for example,the info. about potatoes.

Wonderful book explaining how our body functions, how beautiful is it in it's most natural state. Extremely insightful because it stresses more on the "whys" than simple exaggeration on the importance. Sections of this books actually explain how each food affects which function, why is sleep important, why is sugar bad and why is fasting good, what works well for one might not work for the other and hence it's only wise to not follow the trends blindly. It's simple lifestyle changes that can help you achieve a better and happy body

A fantastic way to learn about you body and soul, getting to know that you are able to cure yourself and enhance your lifestyle. Best thing was understanding health problems like osteoporosis and high cholesterol, how to avoid and treat them by simply helping your body and mind to consume the right nutrients and do the appropriate exercises.
