Great Licensed Floyd
This is the one to get if you want quality without the full OFR price tag. Be sure to measure your post spacing of course.

Better option than the FR Special Both work well.

40MM depth, 10.8 spacing version Be Careful
Most resessed Floyd rose cavities are designed for 37 or less MM spring block, one sent is a 40mm and may likely require you to leave the back cover off, pullbacks will extend far beyond the body. String spacing is slightly off by .05mm FR is 10.75mm but should stil work fine. Overall these are fantastic bridges for the price. The metal is all hard steel so knife edge, piviot poles, and saddles are on point. (piviot pole holes WILL needed to be opened up as thes are larger than FR specs. and contain a set screw to fix the pole in place witch also affects resonance, in a good way! This also means that the route of the guitar bridge opening may need to be adjusted to allow proper fit if using the supplied studs) Due to replacement saddle studs and some FR route templates, the string lock screws may need to be replaced with Shaller M4x40mm shorter studs to clear the body route. Saddles are much more comfortable as compared to sharp corners on some FR series saddles, this responds much like the 1980's Ibanez Edge FR version. If set up right plenty of note flutter even without the bar attatched.

A great Floyd Rose Special replacement at a terrible price.
The seller didn't property describe the tremolo system and I ended getting a Gotoh GE1996T which is good because it's one of the best aftermarket licensed Floyd Rose tremolos you can buy. Here's the issue, I was charged too much IMO(which was partly my mistake for not looking around harder for a better price). This tremolo usual goes for 130+S/H. I paid 170 free S/H. Considering with the lower price from another vendor even with tax I would have saved over 20 if I went with another vender. This is a great licensed Floyd Rose that can't be beat in quality, but do not pay more than 130 even if you have to pay S/H because then you're just paying too. 5/5 for the tremolo and 1/5 the seller.

It's Worth every Penny!
I was very Skeptical about going with a copy rather than the original Floyd but my friend who custom built my Strat insisted that I should get the Gotoh instead. I've been playing guitar for over 30 years and have Floyds on two of my main guitars but I must say that the Gotoh knock off is actually an improvement to the Floyd and Here's why.1. Gotoh stays in tune2. The Fine tuners have a longer range of motion giving you plenty of room to adjust tinning without unlocking the Locking Nut.3. The Bar does not feel Loose after use. You can easily remove it when you put your guitar in the Case.4. If you love that Fluttering effect, this one does it well.Cons.If you already have a Floyd and want to switch, it's not easy and will require routing and other modifications. Conclusion: I'm not a 100% sure if you can add a EVH drop D tuna but as you can see, the Pros outweigh the cons specially when it comes to Tuning, and Staying in Tune which is the most important thing to rely on when performing Live or Recording.

Great product !! But the worst seller
Gotoh products are amazing, have some of them on my guitars and work perfectly. Unfortunately companies like Amplified Parts like to take advantage of their business. Charging extra fees when they don’t have to. And there is almost nothing you can do to prove them wrong. So disappointing. Be careful when you deal this company about returns, they will steal some of your money one way or another.

Great replacement for the TRS 2 on a JS 100
The TRS 2 is possibly the worst Floyd style bridge ever built.Has an annoying amount of play in the arm, and is unpredictable at best. The Gotoh slipped right in (I didn't replace the posts though I did unscrew them and put thread tape around them as you could ever so slightly wiggle them). I slid the plate that covers the spring cavity under the back of the bridge to keep it level, put some tension on the springs, tuned to pitch, adjusted the springs until I could slide the plate out. After a little fine tuning all was well. The amount of tremolo control is superb. No arm wobble. The brass block improved sustain, and it returns to pitch after crazy abuse. I highly recommend this as a replacement.

Awesome upgrade
Excellent!, I have an ibanez rg with the the notorious edge lo trs 2, hands down the worst locking bridge I've ever used(I have a kahler, edge zr2, edge trs 1, and Floyd rose original). Immediately as I dropped this in, the sustain was better, the tone was more full, and the return to pitch after crazy abuse was remarkable. Easily worth what I paid.
