Eveter Ultra-Light Magnesium Sealed Bearing MTB Bike Pedals 5051

I purchased pedals as replacements for two of my bikes. A black pair for my MTB and a yellow pair for my hybrid. The yellow in the Amazon picture being the same as colour my bike. Unfortunately the yellow of the pedals delivered is somewhat darker. The pedals are delivered with protective plastic caps on the mounting screw threads to prevent damage. They come without reflectors so if you want these they will have to be purchased separately. These pedals rotate smoothly on the bearings and cannot be spun around as on the pedals being replaced. I’m sure they will look good on the bikes and hopefully will perform well.Sadly the black pedals fell apart after less than 40 miles . No off road use, just country roads in west Hertfordshire. Unfortunately the rubber seal was lost when the pedal came off the spindle and so I cannot re-assemble them.

Absolutley beautiful pedals, they actually ruined my bike though because they look too good for it. I put them on a repainted Carrera and was going for a black and white theme but the pedals look way too good for this bike.They don't spin as they aren't loose, they appear to be quite tight fitting which doesn't bother me at all, also they have excellent grip on any shoe/boot.Only fault is the coating, it has scratched quite a lot in a short space of time so I may have to buy another set when I sell the bike.

Good bit if kit for the price. Really have to give them a year or so to see what the bearings are like but there are a great set of kit.
