My machine has been running a bit" rough" for some time, and could not find anyone to service it. I then noticed that this part seemed to be bent. Ordered a new one and the machine is running very smoothly, in fact, I am going to order another, as a spare, just in case. Am delighted with it.

Thread kept jamming and getting caught under the plate. Renewing the case has solved through problem. Tension better too
