I like this bottle. It has features I like, but also HAS MANY PROBLEMS. WHEN YOU CONTACT THE SELLERS, THEY WILL TELL YOU (AND CC AMAZON) THAT THEY ARE HAPPY TO FIX YOUR PROBLEM, AND THAT WILL BE THE LAST TIME YOU HEAR FROM THEM EVEN IF YOU SEND THEM SEVERAL EMAILS. I am convinced they cc Amazon Customer Service so they can say 'see we tried to help'.First, the cap has a flexible silicone seal to the drink spout. This detaches easily and can be lost. If this is lost your bottle becomes useless because it will pour ALL the contents into your bag. I learned the hard way. Also, the company says they will send a replacement AND THAT WILL BE THE LAST YOU EVER HEAR FROM THEM! Luckily I found the silicon seal, so was able to continue to use it.SECOND BIG PROBLEM: It is not a vacuum insulated flask. It is literally a glass insert in a plastic outer with an air gap. The fact that there is air in there means that heat is transferred, and any hot drink makes the bottle hot to hold, and the contents lose heat marginally slower than your average kitchen mug. Those travel mugs for your car have better heat retention.So the things I like, the flip top lid for drinking (gets stained on the inside because you cannot reach it to wash it). It also has a clippy lock (which is of no use whatsoever if you lose the silicon seal that goes on the inside of the cap).The Infuser is a decent size and can be used for tea leaves, and also things like cucumber strips if you like to flavour your water.
