Greek Gyros Sauce | Tzatziki | Greek Spices | Seasoning

I was surprised by the amount. Shipment arrived quick and boy was it good. I used about a cup of sour cream and 4 tablespoons of fresh lemon to top our gyros. I wasn't sure what to expect but i am glad this turned out to be a good product. The only thing lacking was directions. It says a heaping tablespoon and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. But doesnt say with what. I was a little hesitant about what i should mix it with. Sour cream was fine, but a little thick. Next time i plan on using plain yogurt.

I recommend the gyro sauce spice blend. I didn't have yogurt nor sour cream on hand so mixed it with mayonnaise and a little bit of water. It turned out well. It's great for gyros and also as a dip for chips and vegetables.

It smells great right out of the jar. Smell it & you just can't wait to mix up a batch.For each tablespoon of spice blend, use 16 ounces of sour cream or Greek yogurt or 8 ounces of each.Shred and drain 1/2 a cucumber and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice and let sit in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.Serve with Pita Bread/Pita Chips/Potato Chips.Contains sea salt, white pepper combined with many other herbs and spices

Excellent flavor.Add to yogurt and you have a batch of perfect sauce not just for a gyro but a terrific dip for veggies, meats & sandwiches.

I sprinkled some of this on popcorn and it was really great!
