Spenco Total Support Thin Full Length Arch Support Insoles for Minimalist or Low Volume Shoes, Men's 12-13.5

I spent almost 5 years at a warehouse job where I was on my feet for 10+ hours a day. Oftentimes, I would wear Converse Chuck-Taylor shoes or Vans slip-ons, which offer very minimal cushioning for the feet and thus I had to purchase these insoles. The difference in wearing these kind of shoes without these insoles is very noticeable. Without these insoles, I was barely able to finish my shift if I was wearing the aforementioned shoes. With these insoles, however, my feet wouldn't feel as achy and sore at the end of my shifts. For reference, I am a 29 y/o male with an average build. I use my insoles for over two years for each pair (I recently purchased my third pair of insoles). The support is still there after two years, but I purchase new ones nonetheless because the insoles start to smell, especially since I am active a lot. I recommend these insoles to anyone who likes to wear shoes such as Chuck-Taylors and Vans. I purchase the insoles in men's size 8-9, and they slide in perfectly into my size 9 Vans slip-ons and Chuck-Taylors.

Insoles can be such a game changer for my everyday shoes. But the insole usually makes the space inside the shoe too cramped, this meant I couldn't use an insole... But Spenco's thin arch support insoles are just the right amount of support vs thickness. They fit great and provide support, having a product that works is a 5/5 in my book. I just got these but the quality seems good and for something I may wear everyday, it's a worthwhile investment.

This support is made from foam over a semi-rigid plastic skeleton-like support structure. I bought them for my 14 year old soccer playing son who needs more arch support than soccer cleats have. They were very comfortable and helped at first. After having them in his cleats for a few days, he took them out to move them to his running shoes, and the plastic skeleton was in pieces in one of his shoes. Without that structure, there is no support. I bought Spenco because I trusted the brand, but this was a total disappointment! Might work for little old ladies walking to church, but not for a hard playing teenager! The seller said I could not return these, but luckily I was able to discuss this with Amazon customer support and they will refund my money.

Excellent support if you have flat feet, and they are VERY durable. I've been using my set for over a year, and they still have excellent support.

These are only a tiny bit thinner than the Total Support for Her Insole, and really only in the forefoot - still too thick to wear with my Keen ballet flats, but surprisingly, when trimmed a little they worked perfectly with a pair of Merrell Jungle Glove Slip-ons. I wear a women's 9.5 (and rarely, a 9) and purchased the size 8/9-9/10. I find that I trim a fair amount off the top of them, but the support still hits my foot in the proper place. A simple way to trim them is to grab the shoe you plan to use them in and pull out the original insole to use as a size guide. I really wish Spenco would offer narrow versions of their total support insoles! They are okay for athletic and some casual footwear, but are too wide for a lot of women's flats or dressier shoes. Would also love to see the metatarsal support either firmed up or raised just a little more (the Spenco Yumi flip flops seem to have the metatarsal dome just right). however, they do support pretty well and and are some of the most comfortable insoles I've found so far. Update: Regarding the squeaking - I have some shoes that these don't squeak in at all, but in my new Haflingers - ahhhh! It is driving me crazy. Shifting in the arch area appears to be responsible - so I guess if the insole shape doesn't align just right with the footbed shape, sqqquuuueeeeeak!

Great product. It is thin, so I can wear it with dress shoes, including oxfords. It provides me great comfort. The downside is that it squeaks a bit, but less than most people say, at least in my case. I highly recommend.

I buy these for my son who has low arches and requires support. I had been buying another brand, but they seemed bulky and made the shoe tight and uncomfortable for him. These have worked out well given the low profile, and give him very good support. No complaints about his feet hurting like with the other inserts. Depending on the shoe, I'm sometimes able to fit these over the existing insert in the shoe without having to remove it which helps with shoes that are too loose. The heel is a little thick, so with shoes with a low profile in the back, it may lift your heel up too high.

These insoles fell apart after thr first time I used them. Very poor quality See the picture I attached and look at the insole. Broke into several pieces after just one use. If there was a lower rating then one I would have given it, they deserve a "0" Come to find out there is a No Return policy on these so I just wasted over $36.00. Dont make the same mistake

Out of the gate this is the most supportive insole I have used . I am rocking them in a pair of cycling shoes and they feel almost great . Almost meaning is the design of the pad under the ball of the foot is not the best for my feet and style of shoe . The grid pattern on these Spenco insoles doesn't insolate and cushion my foot enough from the cleat plate in the insole of the shoes , I can feel it after a few hours like the Princess and the Pea if you have read the book . Yes I realize that this is a thin insole designed for tighter fitting shoes which cycling shoes are and the insole design in the actual shoes vary greatly as do the feet that go in them , this makes reviews like these kind of useless . Because these insoles have more uses then cycling shoes they can still be used obviously for walking and running around in regular shoes which will change your life for the better . So to be fair to the general public and my ethics I willingly gave these insole 5 stars .

１０００ｍ程度の往復６時間の山で使用しましたが、ヒールのカップや土踏まずの当たりが丁度良い感じです クッションは少し落ちるかもですが気になりません、足で大地を掴む感じが気に入りましたｗ 疲れとかは結局・・自分の足で山を登るわけですからね、それよりも足の裏に地面の情報が素早く伝わる感じが 良いと思いました。各メーカーから多様なソールは出ていますがこの値段でこの性能はお勧め出来ますね
