Item arrived as promised
Too early to say if this product will help with my vein issues, but it arrived as promised. Pill is on the large size in tablet form yes, but you can use a pill cutter to cut it in half and take it that way.

I'm taking them, but they are too large. If you have swallowing problems you'll need something smaller.

These have helped my ear ringing. Yeah, the pills are large, but I just chew them up with food. Easy to chew. Great value.

Bruising
I have had extreme bruising on my arms, a friend of mine who works in the health food industry suggested trying this product. I have to say, the bruising has lessoned dramatically! I do not take any blood thinners or aspirin, so I do not know how this product would work if you do.

Enormous Pill
First, this review is about the physical act of swallowing these enormous tablets, not the efficacy of the contents. These tablets are over .9" long, and .4 deep by .4 wide. The edges are sharp, and they are not coated. Tried to take them for a week, and after having them stuck in my esophageal sphincter, with considerable pain for 3 or 4 minutes, and discomfort from the trauma of swallowing them lasting far longer, I gave up. They can not be split, as they crumble, leaving sharp edges at the split pieces as well as all the pill edges. I finally was able to get them down by sanding all the edges with a fingernail board, and coating them with olive oil. Finally, it's just not worth the trouble, at least for me. I should add that my wife feeds me a handful of vitamins daily, some of which would choke a beagle, and I manage to swallow them. If they were coated, perhaps

It's priced right, and the seller delivered it very quickly. I'll keep buying it.
