Worked Great On My Old Craftsman Tiller
Perfect replacement for broken cable on 24" Craftsman Front Tine model 917.292480. Installed easily and works great.

NOT DIRECT REPLACEMENT - No groove for clip to hold cable support barrel into handle.
The cable looks to be of decent quality, however it is not a direct replacement for the cable that was in my tiller. There IS NOT a groove at the end of the protective cover barrel for installation of the clip that should hold the cable into the control handle. See attached picture of the cable I removed from my tiller (mangled Cable) and the replacement.

cheaper and faster than Sears Part direct
I have a craftsman rototiller. The cable broke. Tried local repair shop, no luck need to order and wait. Part direct had the part but Amazon had it for less ( free shipping0 and quicker.). Part arrived and fit perfectly.
