Fabulous. Just what I ordered
I use this to heat up rods before I put them into a flame, when lampworking. It does so well, sometimes I have to shut it off as it gets very hot. I wish it had an auto-shutoff to it, so if I forget to turn it off it won't be a sitting fire hazard.Otherwise, it works just as it is supposed to.

There is no way to adjust the temperature it gets extremely hot so be careful

haven't used it yet BUT... it is made of sturdy material...and much bigger than the picture... definitely can get 2 pressing combs or pressing comb and curler in barrel to get heated for using.

I’m using this to pre warm glass rods for glasswork/lampwork/glassblowing, not it’s intended purpose for hair are but it works very well and the price is right!
