Ader Plyometric Platform Jump Box, Jump Training 6'' - 42''

Not the highest quality, and probably not something I will be doing a ton of box jumps with. Thankfully I’m using it as an all purpose exercise stool! The weld work is solid, but one of the bolts securing the box top to the frame arrived loose in the packaging and I found that this was because it simply isn’t aligned with the bolt settings, and couldn’t be re-attached.

It arrived in only one week and I couldnt be more satisfied. I have wood floors and i worried that if the box wasnt build correctly, it would wobble on the floor, as it did for some reviewers. Mine sits flat to the floor and the rubber base grips to prevent sliding. I use this for box jumps, step ups and bulgarian split squats and it works well.I actually spray painted the red, a beautiful shimmer off white color and it easily disguises as a trendy furniture piece in my livingroom.The only con was the packaging. Who ever packaged this wrapped it so tightly (over and over) with bubble wrap and tape. It was a nightmare to open and was left with a mountain of plastic and cardboard. Very inconsiderate to the planet.

I bought this step because I wanted to build my quads without doing squats. I chose this one because they have the same one at my gym, so it's obviously gym quality. It's very solid and sturdy. I'm doing steps with sets of 30 reps per leg with a 35 pound dumbbell in each hand . My legs now look bigger and more porpotioned than doing squats plus I don't strain my spine. I'm 51 years old and my days of doing heavy squats are over.

Item was wrapped well, kept it from getting scratched. Did have one of the feet off when delivered so had to re-glue on. Otherwise product is solid as works as expected.

Was gonna save some money and build my own but didn't have the patience to make something this quality.

This is great! I bought something similar that was height adjustable but unstable at max height which I needed (6'4). Didn't trust putting together a box made out of crap and didn't want to construct my own. This is heavy duty and feels very sturdy with my weight (230lbs) plus additional weights. Worth the money. Shipped fast too!

This is an awesome addition to my home gym. It is very sturdy, heavy enough not to slide on my carpeted floor and the non-skid platform gives you the added sense of security of not slipping on it regardless how you land on it.
