Holy Vedas, The: Paperback – 20 February 2019

You can buy this book buy closing your eyes. This is not divided into 4 vedas ...rather it has jumbled up texts from rig sama yajur Atharva(not sure whether it's has texts from both Shukla and krishna yajurveda ). The texts are in English...and on thing to notice that the texts are not explained...it's just translated in English. The book is hardcover not paperback. At the end the texts are written in Sanskrit which is really good, plus each of the English texts has reference number from the original 4 vedas... which is absent in the holy Vedas by bibek Debroy... don't but that book...this book is far better.

Poetic. Profound. Sublime.Takes your consciousness to the greatest of depths and heights.This is certainly a work which needs more recognition.It's not a comprehensive work. Its only selected verses from the four Vedas.But it contains the finest essence of the Vedas and the lucid language and the articulate translation mesmerizes your soul, deeply touching it with its sublime countenance.Its a hardcovered book (though wrongly classified as a paperback).I would wholeheartedly recommend this priceless treasure trove of a book to the whole of humankind.One of the most profound books I have ever read.

Very well written. A lovely book, a must in the hands of every proud Hindu. The translation is very simple yet touching. Younever knew our ancient Rishis 10K years ago had such a profound knowledge and wisdom that will enlighten you in this age aptly.Only the paper & print quality is poor.

I can't say nothing about the Divine book, it is the grace of God ..but coming to materialistic world (the book I received),cover is fantastic; hardcover.But the quality of the pages is Worst..it is expected to have a good paper quality for this price range .

Its a great read for somebody who wants to get a good sense of what the Vedas have given to mankind. The reader should pick up this book after knowing proper history of the Vedas (since the same is not provided in the book). This would he an enlightening read only for people really interested in exploring the Vedas. This could be backed up by reading the 36 Puranas (which help in proper understanding and interpretation of the Vedas). The author has done a brilliant and commendable job to get this book in place. It is enlightening to the hilt for the deserving reader...

Recieved this book today, pages of this book are damaged .The information provided by the author is class apart though. A good read.

The look is simply divine. Let me read I will pen down few lines. Its great when you try to read such scriptures with purity in heart. No anger, no fear, no frustrations, no obsession. You just feel divine and blissful. Energy gushes through your body. You go beyond all religions and all rituals. May we seen only good with our eyes, hear only good with our ears, Oh Divine! may we lead the life of health and contentment and sing thy glories in the life span granted to us (Originally from Rig Veda, Reference-If truth be told, a monk's memoir by Om Swamiji)
