Best supplement for stomach and absorption issues
Best multivitamin out there...especially for us ladies with stomach and absorption issues. I've tried numerous supplements and always go back to this one! I can tell when I run out and don't take it for a few days. I take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and have no issues.

Feeling less tired
I have only been taking these vitamins a couple weeks, but I’m beginning to feel more energetic and less tired in the afternoon. They do have a slight fishy taste but it is tolerable and I won’t stop using the product because of that (and I don’t even like fish).I really like the fact that this product includes everything I was looking for in a supplement, and I like that I just have one thing to take each day. If my energy level continues to rise I will definitely bump my rating up to a 5.

The best vitamins
This is absolutely my favorite brand of multivitamin. It literally provides everything, it makes me feel really good, and I can always tell by my energy level if I forget to take them, which is not often! I love that the ingredients are organic. Although being fermented, the taste is gross, but bioavailability is excellent. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Caused headaches
My son uses the teen version of this vitamin and loves it so I decided to give the women’s version a try. The taste is awful, it’s a very fishy taste that stuck with me for hours. Also, I started getting horrible headaches. At first I did not realize it was the vitamins but if I skipped a day no headache. Unfortunately they are not returnable.
