This was beyond my expectations. I found several listings for this exact product (even same product pictures) on Etsy for twice the price, sometimes even more. Some Etsy sellers just buy this from Amazon and pass it off as their own product. We are having a Pirates of the Caribbean themed Halloween party later this year and will be displaying this with other nautical themed props. The whole family was impressed with this one. This compass and box are a nice set. Both are really solid and well-made without being fragile and easily scratched. The compass is heavy in a good way and attractive in person. A great gift, thank you.

The grammar on the inside of the lid explaining….whatever it’s trying to explain is just god awful, nor does it accomplish anything! I get that it is a novelty gift, but dear lord; “tell me it was made in china without telling me it’s made in china!”. All this effort and you ate dirt right before the end zone and killed the whole vibe.Stay in school kids! Google translate won’t solve your problems!
