works ok it tracks our cat easy to install not very accurate off by about 10 foot

I bought the Cat Tailer for peace of mind and it does just that. My cat, Wolf Alice, disapperared twice in the last week causing much anxiety. This seems to have solved the problem. I can now track her knowing she's indoors or in the garden.It is easy to set up, the hardest thing was getting the cat to keep still while putting it on her collar. The bluetooth system works well and can be used on several iPhones or iPads without having to pair it up to one particular device. No nonsense, it just gives the distance in feet (or metres if you want). It seems far better than GPS systems which rely on taking out a contract and having to keep replacing batteries on a not too cooperative cat. I don't care about the precise location, just an indication as to whether the cat is nearby or not.It's not quite a five star product. The distance given is for a rough guidance only. Furniture or W-Fi interferance can give inaccurate readings. It once said thirty feet when it real life it was only about six. It does seem rather flimsy inside. To start off with you need to press on a none too clear button directly on the PCB. I'm not looking forward to replacing the battery underneath which seems fiddly.Anyway, it's what I wanted and does what it needs to do.

I don’t know what I was expecting, but this is not it! It only tells you how many meters away you are from the cat, literally just a app that gives you that measurement. Which cut off whenever my cat went beyond 30m, what a waste of money... £60 to know how many meters away my cat is when he’s practically next to me anyway? No thanks
