This book is extremely point by point and very much clarified. I am happy that I've perused this book. This is clearly prescribed for sure!

This book is exactly what I needed and I am so thankful for this book. I have been under a lot of stress for several years but never knew exactly how too much cortisol was affecting my body. I learned exactly what cortisol is doing to my body but more important I learned specific ways to reduce the cortisol in my body. I just finished listening to this book a second time.
