This hot weather mountain hybrid boot was specifically designed for all-terrain use. From rocky mountainous terrain to hard pounding concrete roads, the Khyber II will outperform when tested in any environment. With great design features to add to comfort and durability, such as its lace-to-toe lacing system for a customized fit, the TR350 is a top choice for everyday use.

Comfortable runs a bit larger than actual size.
Initial impressions , not advertised as made in China. Found loose threads on the insole inserts that could unravel if not taken care of ..it was easy enough to remedy but it got past quality control. There were other thread terminations at the top of the boot collar that needed to be trimmed and fused to avoid premature unraveling .. neither of the issues would have been a short term failure but a boot costing $138 should not have either of the issues mentioned which deduct the 5th star from my rating. On the plus side, they are incredibly comfortable out of the box , mine are about about one half size larger , however due to the height of the boot and lacing the foot stays in the proper zone of heel to toe, and the extra toe space is a welcome feature when only the ball of the feet is used to hold a position ..much like a baseball catcher does. The Vibram soles are top shelf performers that I am used to from other work boot and recreational shoes .. they grip practically anything and outlast the uppers .Altogether an above average boot in their classification , mine should last even longer than average since i will not be using them to their full potential. Are they worth nearly $140 in my size 11? Probably : if the little issues mentioned had not been there ,my comments may appear nitpicking ,but were quality is mentioned and stressed emphatically the expectation is near perfection.Inspect the insoles well upon buying and the top of the collars .. fix as needed for long life.

Lightweight and extremely comfortable
I was unsure about the fit of these boots based on reviews, so I ordered half a size smaller (11.5) than my regular size (12), and that turned out to be a good decision. The toe box is still slightly roomier than ideal, but I have skinny feet and would have ordered a narrow had that been available--still, a very good fit, all things considered. And the boots truly are light weight, which was one of the major reasons I wanted them--no complaints there. In fact, I have no complaints at all. These boots are everything I hoped they would be and more. If my boots are typical, I would definitely advise going half a size down. Haven't had them long enough to know about durability, but from my experience so far? Highly recommended.

The most comfortable pair of boots I've owned for this style.
I wear 2 types of boots - Cowboy & Combat. The only pair of shoes I own is a pair of cross trainers that I almost never wear. These are the most comfortable pair of combat boots I've ever owned. I've worn this pair for over 4 years of hard use. I couldn't be happier with them. I'm ordering my 2nd pair now. This is one my few purchases that I have absolutely no complaints about.

Solid and high quality boot
I'm not a soldier, but thought if it is good enough for someone walking through tough conditions all day, it would be good enough for me. I am not used to high top boots and on the third wearing I used thin socks and probably my tying technique was inferior, as I got the mother of all blisters. Lesson learned I will always wear boot socks and spend the time to cinch the laces so my foot is secure before trying to go for a long fast walk. I can't compare these to other tactical boots, but I sweat pretty good in them, even thought the weather isn't particularly hot. Probably should rely more on the soldiers critiques when making a purchase decisicion.

Better than issue, AR 670-1 Compliant!!!
To start with I have worn the standard issue boots for while. Some people like them, some hate them. It all comes down to preference in the end.1. Quality- I have owned belleville boots in the past and have always had good things to say about the company. Nothing is different with these boots. They are made of excellent material and hold up to even the roughest treatment. You can expect these boots to last you until you're ready to get a new pair or honestly just get bored with them. The soles will wear out long before the upper.2. Comfort- So far I have had no complaints about comfort with these boots. There is no break in period as with the standard issue boots. You can wear them on a ruck march right out of the box with little problem. The only problem I've seen is that the laces create a pressure point right above the last eyelet which could cause initial problems but you would get used to them in time. The insoles used in the boots aren't the best, but then again they aren't the worst either. If you have a high arch or flat foot getting a good pair of insoles can transform the worst feeling boots into a new beast.3. Waterproofing- truth is there is none, or very little. Easily fixed with some waterproofing silicone scary bought at any shoe store or walmart.4. Shipping- Fast delivery, no delays. As expected this shouldn't change all too much.5. AR 670-1 Compliant- This was a big one for me and i'm guessing many others. with the army moving way from war time and into garrison they are cracking down on the non compliant. These boots adhere to AR 670-1 and are authorized! To sum things up, the boots are made very well and will give you years of reliable service. I would recommend them to anyone in the service or needing something to wear everyday.

Comfortable but poor materials for such an expensive boot.
These are very comfortable boots. Unfortunately just after 1 month and maybe wearing it 5 times, one of the shoelaces holding eyes let go. I use them for yard work and can't see how they're supposed to be military grade.

Good enough for me
I am very hard on boots and usually have to order every year. These seem like very sturdy boots, but I’ll have to see how long they last. I have gotten this brand before, but not this style. It took a couple days to break them in without rubbing on the ankles. Some other inserts might be useful since the ones that came with them were not comfortable at all. The picture makes it look like the sole and the leather are the same color, but the leather is much lighter. It doesn’t matter to me, but if someone needed it for their uniform they might be disappointed.
