I didn’t realize this , but I have ordered this product multiple times. Since I travel a lot I have a bottle at home, in my travel bag and my home away from home. Why ??? Because it works and it’s economical. I have been working from home since 2008. I work all day and through the night. I don’t experience daylight some days. I have black out curtains in my home and I have artificial light. I rarely go outside even on weekends because I don’t have to. I had gone to my doctor and they started testing for D3. Well the results came back and I was so severely deficient that it was critical that l get Vit D3. I got these supplements and in 3 months of taking, 1 pill a day, I was more than good to go! Item arrived earlie. I ordered this product multiple times and I'm very happy with it. I run low vitamin D level, even with spending lots of times outside. My Dr said I have to supplement. Since I take these my vitamin d has a good level. Great product. Capsules are small and easy to swallow. Highly recommend.

It definitely is effective in raising vitamin D levels. Mine is too high now-130 ng/ml. 30-80 is best level. Glad I got a blood test.
