Lower, but not too low to be practical- just right!
These springs are the perfect complement to your factory sport suspension. I kept the factory (BMW F30) OEM M sport shocks which these springs are designed to work with (in this application). I also have two other cars with H&R sport springs with Koni yellows and Koni STRs as well. If track work is on your agenda, I would definitely upgrade the shock absorbers. As this is my wife's car and the car (shocks) are new, it works well as is. Ride is firm but not harsh, just right!
