Excellent book by knowledgeable church leaders and seminary professors on how to lead a church in the 21 st century using Biblical principles and time proven methods. Covers not only leadership but administration, disciple building, resource allocation, and conflict resolution to name a few. Great for churches of any size.

I ordered a NEW book..... why is the writing in the margins and things underlined/circled on my NEW book

Written by several Baptist academics. Baptists are excellent administrators! This is a very thorough work. Written for those who are academic and those who are not. I used it as a textbook for an undergraduate second year class that I taught at a Bible college. It contains helpful and understandable text, but also a lot of very useful examples to illustrate information.

This is a must read for leaders of all stages of church administration.

Delivery on time and book contents match online description.

While the book is not exhaustive, it is comprehensive and a great overall resource for church administration. Helpful for any type of church government, but explicitly explores a more congregational organization.

Great book

Absolutely brilliant book. Well written by various experts. Each chapter has been written by someone who has in-depth experience in their field. Very useful handbook for church Administrators

It was mostly in narrative form .I expected to see some Tables, charts and organograms.
