I have 2 drummers in my house. These sticks are really great and preferred by both my son and my husband. They are made well and hold up.

Worth the wait
These took a while to get here thanks to USPS but they were worth the wait. Love the feel. I’ve always preferred 5A but there is a noticeable difference to these. Lighter feel and better balance. It’s noticeable.

Buy in multiple pairs, 1 stick will break early, the rest will last a long time
Vic Firth is a great company, that makes fine products, but I always have to buy multiple pairs because at least one stick will inexplicably fall apart within a week. I’m sure it has to do with the volume they deal in, and the fact that trees are trees, But I don’t consistently have this issue with other manufacturers like I do with them. However, the sticks that don’t break early, last a long time and sound/feel great.

The only sticks.
I was trying to order 5bs but I ended up with 2b. I have meaning to try some 2b sticks from VIc FIrth for a while. They feel great perfectly balanced. I am still trying to figure out how to get the tones I like out of my drums with the added mass and so far it sounds much differant than the 5bs I was playing. Great sticks. You cannot go wrong with Vic Firth. To me they are the only stick.
