I didn't like the fact the box had already been opened. The celofane had been cut around the top of the box and had already been opened up because the security tape was underneath the lid. I checked inside and saw that everything was there, eg. canister with an unopened bag of swobs. Tried one go of this product and the result it has done nothing, so I don't know if it has already been used which is why it hasn't worked, or it just doesn't work anyway. Very annoyed because whoever sent this out has probably had it sent back to them, which I should have done.... so basically I have lost £20+.
