Outside packaging was great but the boxes of paper/ ink cartridges were damaged because there was no puff pouch es to secure boxes. In large box and they slid around damaging them. It appears ink is still ok to use. Normally Amazon sends too much puff pouches! This had none

Exactly what I needed.

Ink is faulty and does not print correctly
The ink is not printing correctly. I tried many different things, ended up trying all the paper packs and all the inks none of them would print a picture that was clear all look like the ink exploited on it. The only that worked was going to the store and replacing the ink and paper with new product. Sad to have wasted the money on this and time trying to make it work.
