Happy so far!
I recently started walking on a treadmill while I work at my computer and bought a little desk that rests on the handlebars of the treadmill to support my keyboard and trackball, but that left the keyboard too low for comfort--I needed something that would bring my keyboard up a few inches and let me angle it down so that my fingertips can be lower than my wrists while I type and walk. After 3 days of use, this keyboard stand seems pretty perfect for my purposes! The lowest setting puts the keyboard 2.5" above the desk, which was great for what I needed, and the tilt mechanism is working well. The mechanism to raise the keyboard stand is intuitive and pretty easy to use, though I haven't used it much because I only needed a few inches of lift. Between this and a pad under my wrists, I can type in perfect comfort while I walk on the treadmill! If I put too much pressure on the front edge with my wrists, it will affect amount of tilt, but that's too be expected--the tilt mechanism is appropriately stiff so that it won't move under you during normal use. The grippy material works well to keep the keyboard from sliding off even when it's tilted a lot. The mouse platform is a little small but works for a trackball (though if I want my wrist support pad in front of my trackball, the trackball has to hang off the platform a bit), but I'm not sure it would work well for an actual mouse. No assembly required. I'm very pleased with this product so far!

Perfect until it wasn’t
Started to wobble within the first week of use. It was perfect for what I needed but the wobbling drives me insane.

The poor man's varidesk!
I bought this because I hurt my back such that sitting for long periods became painful, and standing would relieve the pain. This thing is fantastic; it's the poor man's Varidesk. I'm using a monitor that angles upward, which is what makes this work as well as it does for me as it puts my head and neck in a very comfortable position when standing, looking a bit downward at the monitor. It's sturdily built from quality materials; the metal isn't going to fatigue or give out any time soon, and the height adjustment levels lock in solidly. When I set mine up for the first time, the mouse pad angled downward to the outside enough that the mouse would drop off after half a minute or so of typing. I fixed this by standing on the mouse pad with the extension piece that gets inserted into the keyboard platform hanging just over the edge of my wooden porch. I then used two pliers to gently bend the extension piece upward a bit. The keyboard platform swivels forward and back a bit too easily for me, but I see that there are tension screws to adjust that; I just haven't done that yet because it's not terribly annoying. I knocked off one star because the mouse pad needs to be bigger. I keep moving the mouse off the pad, particularly forward. If the mouse pad were longer in the forward and backward directions by about 5cm, that would solve this mouse pad space issue. That said, I'm definitely happy with this purchase and would buy again knowing what I know. One final thing: I use an ergonomic keyboard (Perixx), and it sticks out on the left and right of the keyboard platform a centimeter or two on each side, but this doesn't affect functionality.

Very bad experience.
This product was so frustrating, I couldn’t believe it. The one thing that it is supposed to do is stand up, it does not. Maybe mine was defective but it was really frustrating. There is a a pin that supposed to pop in so that you can set the height you want but 19 times out of 20 that pin doesn’t catch in so you have a collapsible death stand that’s worthless.

A great find!!!!
The apparatus does not require any assembly. It's been a lifesaver for the health of my upper vertebrae.

Fantastic!… if it worked.
The product build itself is quite sturdy and feels well made and meant to last, but the problem is the locking mechanism barely works unless it’s like half the extendable height up. The first one I got straight up didn’t lock at all so I had to request a replacement. The replacement I got didn’t even come with a screw to hold the mouse holder in place, and the metal wasn’t even piloted. There’s a divot where the hole for the screw is supposed to be but alas, I simply have a useless metal sheet. The riser itself is great at holding its angle and it doesn’t slide. The keyboard grip works very well and hold the keyboard in place at the strong tilt I have it for. My problem is that the dang thing will slam all the way down if I don’t have it pulled halfway up. I can feel the locking mechanism pop into place but for whatever reason it only worked for one day and the next day and days after that it stopped locking it at the exact height I need for the desk I work at. All in all the experience is extremely frustrating and while the top board and legs feel well made the mechanism that is to support it all is all but useless. Definitely look elsewhere if you need the same product, this design is flawed and needs some serious work, especially for something that’s almost $70.

Barely works
I was never able to get the keyboard stand adjustment to work - the lever won't pull and it just stays in the collapsed position. Luckily, that's exactly the height I needed. The mouse stand relies on bending a piece of metal to "adjust" it and eventually loosens again. It just broke off entirely.

Great addition to my desk
I like my desk and didn't want to go to a raised desk. I didn't want a Vera Desk either as it takes away your workspace. This works beautifully and I can move it under my monitor so that it and my keyboard are out of the way.

The folding mechanism didn't lock, but it could be fixed by bending the piece that locks the gear. The mouse stand sits significantly lower than the keyboard stand; it's tiny, bendy, and the hole for the screw is missing on the receptacle attached to the frame. The legs were bent, I have to put something under some of the feet to make the stand stable. Even the stickers were put on upside down. OK for light use while standing, not good for extended use (for me).

I am very disappointed with the product i have received, especially at this price point. The stand is useless to me, because the gear mechanism doesn't lock the stand - when i try to raise and lock, the lever goes under the gear instead of inside. I can only use the stand in the bottom position which is also not stable because of the asymmetrical legs. Around the gear mechanism there seems to be some sign of scratches and use already, so i will probably try to return this item if there is no way i can fix it myself.

Needed to change my work setup to a standing desk and thought this would be great for my keyboard / mouse. Unfortunately though, the keyboard rest tilts if you put too much pressure on it (ie. too much = resting the palm of your hands on it as you type), the mouse pad is very small so the mouse has to be half off it in order to also have your palm on it as you normally would the desk and so the mouse is constantly falling off it and finally, the maximum height of the platform is barely high enough for me and I am 5'7" so definitely wouldn't be any good for anyone any taller.

This is very solid and stable. I have no issues with the mouse plate that some people complain about. The adjustment mechanism is not obvious or intuitive. The instructions tell you to "squeeze" the lever. In fact you need to remove the keyboard, lift the unit so it is not resting on a table and the pull the lever up.
