Q: I have a silicone teether that is great, but collects any and all fibers. Does this teether have the same problem?

My experience is that all silicone teethers collect dust and fibers. I find little fibers from blankets on this teether, but I always wash the teether before giving it to my son.

Q: Anyone tried both Comotomo Teether and Baby Banana Octo Brush? Which silicone teether with "extension" arms is better for 7 month old baby?

My 6 month old likes them both but seems to prefer the comotomo teether. I think it’s because it’s easier for him to hold

Q: Why would you buy a teething toy with a Proposition 65 warning?

Because California likes to slap warnings on just about everything. This teether is made from food grade silicone which is not a carcinogen. I have no idea how it would have come by the warning, but I'm not terribly concerned about it. Sometimes it feels like EVERYTHING causes cancer, and silicone is nowhere near the top of the list of my concerns. But hey, way to take a feature used to gain information about a product and turn it into a BS sanctimommy judgement. Kudos.Edit: maybe a better question would be WHY does this product have a prop 65 warning attached. That's actually a useful product question, and I'd be interested in the answer. :-p
