Long Battery
So I love that it fits on my small ear. Stays in place all day with all the moving I do,working in retail. At first I was very weary of battery life until I figured how to connect to my phone and work radio at the same time. My phone will tell me battery life. I wore the headset for nearly 10 hours listening to both music and the radio the entire time and ended my day with 60% left.*** battery life lasted me exactly 12 hoursMy one and only issue is short delay picking up the radio.I guess also the noise canceling works too well cause I become really deaf while wearing it but I'll learn to adapt it. I also am able to keep the volume on lowLike level 1 low and still hear everything.Only had this for a few days but loving it so far. They have awesome customer service. This product has definitely helped me through out my day.

Great Purchase - with a drawback
Overall great purchase - very happy and recommend it - with the caveat - it appears for some to break... For me, not yet - but after wearing for an active 6 hours is does start to hurt my ears - no flexibility appears to be the issue - I just cannot adjust it to a great position.Audio - Excellent - I use it on an FRS radio where my other team members are using in or over ear wired setups.Wireless - Worth the price of admission! Not having to deal with the wires wins the day!!I'll amend this review in a few months - Sunday the battery life is going to get really tested as we have a 12 hour day.

An Amazing Product With A Worthless Design
Why would I put a one star review for an amazing product you may ask? Well, I'll make this short and sweet for those who don't want to read a long review. The ear piece is designed for ears that do not fit humans in general. Because of this terrible design flaw, which I imagine was the prototype that never got modified before hitting market, you might just accidentally break your $80 device in its first couple weeks of existence. There's no good way of getting it over your ear without flexing the speaker part, which in turn causes it to break, then causing the speaker to dangle by the cord. You can imagine how much fun it is to repair this with a piece of tape after you spent so much money on this.I honestly highly recommend you find a better designed product that wasn't rushed to the market. Other flaws include interchangeable ear pieces that fall off and get lost easily, no instructions, difficult Bluetooth connection, and they even short you on a base for the charger. There are a lot of amazing features to this thing which the designers just flush down the drain. The headset's battery last about 12 hours consecutive run time (that was while streaming music the entire time too). The audio quality works pretty well even when I'm on my forklift moving. They give you an additional button too can wear like on your finger or somewhere if you need to use or place the call button elsewhere. The sound quality you hear is pretty decent to be honest.I'll never buy the thing again, and all my coworkers who were interested in one, no longer wish to have their ears hurt or to flush $80 down the drain. This product is honestly only worth $20 maximum. If they wanted $80 for it, they shouldn't have put out their prototype as their final product. You can steal my $80 now, but you only forfeit all the referral sales and good reviews you could be getting.

Many reviewers judging it by the headset alone. Think outside the box.
I've read a bunch of negative reviews on this relating to sound quality but this is 3 things:1) A bluetooth interface for many radios2) A bluetooth PTT button3) A generic bluetooth headsetI'm not reviewing the headset because I'm not even using it because as far as I can tell this purchase is the cheapest way to get parts 1 & 2 opening up radio bluetooth connectivity to ANY bluetooth headset. Personally I've paired to my motorcycle headset and it works incredibly well with my Anytone 868. The fact that I can be rattling down the road and push the PTT on the handlebars and communicate clearly using a cheap Fodsports MS1-Pro says all that needs to be said about parts 1 & 2. Absolutely excellent. No noticeable lag when pushing the PTT button before PTT starts and audio in my ears is clear and great signal reports. A definite win.

Could be better
I keep ordering it because, it's the only one e I can find for the radios we use. I still can't get the PTT button to work, and it is not as clear as it should be. BUT it is bluetooth....

Doesn't work as advertised
Pros: You can hear the radio transmissions.Cons: Pairing the receiver to the headset was difficult. It took me easily 15 minutes of following the directions repeatedly before the earpiece finally paired with the receiver that plugs into the radio. Additionally, the PTT function doesn't work on either the earpiece or the remote. When you try to use the PTT function to talk through your channel, it doesn't send out through the radio. Instead, you just hear your own voice coming through the earpiece.Overall: The earpiece is clunky and the whole thing doesn't function as advertised. If you're okay with only being able to use the set to hear transmissions wirelessly, then it will serve its purpose. If you're wanting something that allows you to also communicate through the radio, this is not it.

Excellent bridge between two technologies
This product is exactly what I was looking for when I wanted to build a long range helmet communicator.Throw away the ear piece, and pair it with whatever Bluetooth helmet headset you want, get a cheap GMRS handheld, and you’ve just created a setup that works better than Cardo or Sena for a fraction of the price.

Works as advertised
Works as advertised. A little tricky to get it to pair with my motorcycle helmet but after fiddling with it a bit I was able to get it to pair. The audio is a little weak but that could be the radio and not the Bluetooth device. Overall seems to be a good product.
