It's Okay.
I just got mine in July 2023. The troubleshooting is fairly difficult, especially since it didn't come with a very good manual, or batteries for the remote to be able to use it right away.

Great option, better than we expected.
Let me start off by saying that I was extremely skeptical when I was actually thinking of purchasing this kiosk. But while I get it, I find it is slim and move easily even though it looks big. To make it work is also easy, only need insert a U disk and then it display Advertising automatically. We placed it in the lobby of our restaurant, and it works well.
