I am the most skeptical person out there; so many Amazon reviews seems spiked with too good to be true verbiage ... and it also doesn't help that healthcare products dint universally work for folks. Yet somehow ... this does. Since I switched I noticed a decrease in breakouts on my face. I've always switched sheets weekly, so it was a surprise and while they're (IMHO) expensive ... they're much cheaper than a special skin care regimen and effortless. Give it a shot, it definitely helped.

I felt like I was breaking out the week prior to getting these pillow cases and literally a few days after sleeping on these my skin cleared up. Amazed!

I haven’t used one for sleeping yet. I got them to use as a layer in masks. But they do feel soft so I’m sure they’re great for sleeping.
