Excellent cheese! Just like what I ate during my time in Campania!
Ever since my wife and I went to the buffalo mozzarella farms near Paestum we have we have been craving a chance to have it again. This really hit the spot. We received 3 balls. I used 2 to make neapolitan pizza which equaled 4 pizzas (with some D.O.P. San Marzano tomatoes as a sauce) and at the other with tomatoes and fresh basil with a little olive oil and a sprinkle of dried oregano. It was an amazing 3 days that swept our minds back to the Italian countryside. Thanks for a wonderful product!

Fresh but too expensive
We didn’t receive the complete order upon arrival which was disappointing. However, the flavor is very milky and melts really well on top pizza. Because it’s so fresh, they don’t last very long if stored in the refrigerator. They are quite expensive so I went to my local grocer and asked them to order buffalo monzarella. To my surprise they did and it was 8.99 a ball. Needless to say, I didn’t order these again.

to old
I am used to the fresh buffalo mozz from the market down the end of our parco in Naples Italy. Stateside the choices are rather limited and not made fresh (that i can find). several local higher end grocers now stock decent buff mozz, but its still not quite what i am looking for. ran across this item and recognized the brand. unfortunately the cheese was solid and airy inside when we got it... not at all like the nice and soft it is supposed to be

If you aren't worried about the cost, this is the best water buffalo cheese EVER!
After all is said and done, this is going to cost you $20 a pound for water buffalo cheese. Yes, it is fantastic, the best I ever had. And it showed up still cold in the box. However at this price, I won't order again, because I found water buffalo cheese at whole foods for $10 a lb. If you aren't worried about the cost, I would buy this!!

This is real Buffalo Mozzarella DOP which mean Italian government prove it is real But taste of this is not real If you taste real one it is distinctly different I had real one when I was in Florence I hope Amazon to get other brand

JUST WOW!!
You've never had mozzarella till you've tried this Water Buffalo cheese!!! WOW it is fantastic tasting, I use this in my authentic Italian lasagna recipe, perfection!!

It’s as good as I have found!
What’s not to love about fresh Buffalo Mozzarella! Unfortunately it’s not fresh! But then how could it be! It is better than not having any!
