Best for the job
I seem to add one to my collection every year. They are mostly used for my Christmas puddings, so are tied up for anywhere up to a year. So I need extra to make normal sponge puddings in. These will last for years and years, if cared for. They are great quality and do the job perfectly. I cant recommend Mason Cash pudding basins enough. I wont buy any other brand for the job.

Nice bowl
Proper bowl, nice weight to it. Just the right size for the pudding and just like the Mason Cash bowls of old. Nice to know some things don’t change the quality of this is a testament to the adage “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it”.

Great quality pudding basin
Had friends coming for dinner and we wanted a traditional, steamed suet pudding (Spotted Dick). It brought back memories of my mum doing the same. It is very good quality and perfect for steaming suet puddings!
