This is a nice safe for the price. Depending on what you’re looking for, this can either be a good or less than satisfactory purchase. The safe operates as advertised and the fingerprint keypad works ok. The only complaint is that the safe doesn’t open smoothly and requires a little “fiddling” to get it open. If you’re looking for an inexpensive safe to keep your pistol safe from theft and/or the kids, then I’d recommend it. If you’re looking for a bedside safe with a quick access in case of emergency, then not so much. I’ve got mine screwed into the floor of my night stand to keep my pistols locked away from the kids and it works perfect for that.

- ! This is the perfect gun safe. Bought just to keep my gun in it. It was three ways of opening it. And each way is quick. Really easy to program and use. Fits perfectly on my shelf, batteries last forever bought this safe 3 years ago this month. And the batteries are barely going out. I love the finger print reader. Its a time saver when you are in a hurry. Will buy more for my other guns. Thanks.

Affordable. Item as described. Arrived on time. Piece of mind knowing I can get into it in an instant but my grandkids can't get into it at all!

Was draining batteries in a week which rendered it useless without the key. Battery compartment seemed loose also. They issued a refund quickly and I didn't need to send it back. Good customer service, but I would buy something more expensive next time.
