Extremely soft! Love them
These are a lot more comfortable than I had anticipated they would be! The fabric of the padding is spot on the the shorts fabric is so soft. Excited to use these! The size seems to be a little larger than most clothing I purchase from amazon but that is fine. Ordered a Large. It comes with a little built in belt so even if it’s a little large you can take it up.

Great shorts with pad or alone
So I got about 60 miles of seat time in this past week with my new shorts. The seat pad took some time to get comfortable wearing while not on the bike but once riding it worked great. The shorts are perfect! They are perfectly sized to go over the shorts and have an adjustable Velcro strap so fit is perfect. The inner and percents provide enough airflow to cool without showing through. The zipper pockets are well made very strong and security for plenty of storage room. After my ride i just took off the inner padded liner to leave a great pair of moisture wicking great looking shorts. THANKS

Wear as one unit or two separate pieces.
Bought these for my husband for bike riding and he loves them, especially the fact that the underwear separates from the shorts. He wears them together to bike, but the shorts alone when kayaking due to their water resistant/fast drying ability. Highly recomended.

The Updated Version are outstanding!
My first pair worked great, fit like a glove and felt light weight on my rides. The stitching started to fail and the company’s customer service sent me a whole new pair. This pair is an upgraded version of what I had purchased before. The shorts are far superior to the originals and with the same great fit and feel. If your look for MTB shorts try the upgraded model as they are built to last and feel great

The Best Shorts I've Ever Had
I'm really happy I found these on Amazon. I'm planing to tour the US on my bike next summer and I wanted a couple of shorts that I could wear around town and would also be very comfortable for the trip. These shorts were perfect. They immediately felt great as soon as I put them on and they were very comfortable when riding. I'm going to buy a second pair especially since the price was so fair compared to what I would have had to pay at a local bike shop.

Excellent Biking Undershorts.
Well, the ad said it was shorts with pockets, and it also said this was undershorts. It’s padded undershorts, not shorts with padding & pockets. That said, they appear to be good. I’m a 34 and the Extra-Larges fit me fine. I’ll add to this review if I find I don’t like them.ADDITIONAL COMMENT: I’ve had them out for a few rides and they’re comfortable and well padded. I may order another pair or 2 because of the price.UPDATE: I realize I misread the ad; I didn’t see there are shorts/undershorts and only undershorts. Duh. I just ordered 2 more pair.
