Removeable Security
I had searched for straps of all types to use with my Digital SLR and finally stumbled on these neat little gadgets - the Utility Loops loop through the strap mounts to offer two perfectly sized places to attach a strap with clips. The important thing for me was finding a way to put a strap on my camera when I need it, and remove it easily when I don't. The standard strap system most cameras use takes FAR too long to attach and remove. This system allows me to take the strap off and put it back on as fast as I can operate the clips and Im not left with an overly long strap and clip hanging off the side of my camera when not in use. The best part is I can use a strap with clips or carabiners that have zero chance of failure compared to the pinch clips that are found so often on other products. Sending $1500 crashing to the ground is not my idea of a good time. The strap material is VERY sturdy and sewn together well - in fact, they are even a bit stiff. They get 5 stars simply because they are doing exactly what I set out to find. I found the OP/TECH Utility strap with swivel spring clips a perfect match for my camera and does double duty as my strap on my camera bag when not on the camera. The clips on this strap fit perfectly in the Utility Loops with very little tolerance. No Cons to speak of - Highly recommend this product.

Very tight fit on Nikon 5600! But OK on other models.
First, the product is excellent, well made. I have Nikon D90, D3400, and D5600 cameras. The D90 fit was no problem, D3400 had to flatten the braided cord, and with some stout tweezers was able to get the folded cord through. The D5600, extremely tight fit. Flattened cord (several times with flat anvil pliers) and was able to push it through with stout tweezers. But, I was really worried I might bust the strap pin out of the camera body. Wouldn't it look pretty to have to epoxy the strap pin back in on a Nikon! Not a problem with the purchased product, problem is with Nikon, and their strap dimensions getting smaller and smaller.

Easy to operate and very accurate
EXCEPTIONAL BINOCULARS AT A REASONABLE PRICE.I was sold on Vortex products a few years back. My first purchase was the Vortex Ranger 1000 range finder. I have used it numerous times in the field and at the range. Easy to operate and very accurate. I can't say enough good things about it. The next purchase was the Strike Eagle rifle scope for my AR-15. Clarity and eye relief is phenomenal. Just ordered the "New" Diamondback 10x42 binoculars and am amazed at how clear the view is and light gathering capability. These binoculars are better than many costing over twice the price. Purchased the Vortex binocular harness and am very pleased at how well they hold the binoculars and are extremely comfortable. To eliminate loosing the eyepiece cover I ordered the OP/TECH USA Utility Loop Connector #1301222 and attached these to the binocular and utilized one of the strap connectors that comes with the Vortex harness to attach to the eyepiece cover. See picture. Ordered through Amazon and delivered in perfect condition in two business days. Awesome. Pairs nicely with a Black Rapid strap.
I purchased a Black Rapid RS-7 strap recently, but I still wanted use of my tripod connector, where the RS-7 attaches. These utility loops were the perfect solution, with these on the camera the RS-7's carabiner attaches to a loop on either side of the camera. I found that it works best attached to the left side, on the right it tends to get in the way if I'm shooting vertically. The loops themselves are very sturdy, and add about 2" of length each to a strap once snug. That extra length is a good thing when used with the Black Rapid strap, since it the strap is designed to attach to the camera bottom, about 2.5" below the camera strap connection points on a 40D body.My main gripe with these is minor - the fabric is very stiff, and won't lie flat when you're trying to thread them through the camera's connection points. While a single thickness would thread easily, a doubled thickness simply won't. I used a bit of thread to pull the loop through the connection point, but even so it was a bit tricky because the fabric kept wanting to turn sideways. These would be a /lot/ easier to use if they worked like a conventional camera strap, threading a single strand through and then securing that strand to the strap with a plastic length adjustment buckle. That's how the Tamrac N-11 - Backpack Camera Straps - Black work, but those end in clips rather than rings. I prefer the ring connectors of these Op/Tech Utility Loops because they're simpler and more secure.

Perfect for Binoculars
If you have ever bought a binocular strap you will know exactly what I'm referring to. A binocular strap is a great idea for anyone requiring the use of their bino's throughout the day, easing the load from around your neck with just a regular neck-strap. HOWEVER...most shoulder straps are lacking in the attachment from the strap to the binocular itself. Some strap manufacturers provide a mere Zip-Tie for the attachment! I have never felt comfortable carrying a set of $1,800.00 binoculars by a piece of plastic! These OP/TECH Loop Connectors are the perfect and permanent fix to Zip-Ties! These things are sturdy and stout and they look good. I have no worries carrying expensive equipment with these little gems bearing the load. Remarkable and cheap. As a bonus they are made in the USA...(hand-over-heart). Git you some.
