Plastic pitchers are useless, they invariably crack or break, they get scratched up and dull, not attractive! This pitcher is perfect! The high quality stainless steel is perfectly formed, there are no sharp edges, the handle is perfectly smooth and the pitcher is nicely balanced when full. It is dishwasher safe, but hand washed easily. If you are looking for a quality pitcher, this is it! I highly recommend this product. PS, one review indicated that theirs “Rusted overnight!” Stainless Steel doesn’t rust!

Read other comments and was very scared to order these, two, due to sharp edges, odors, etc. It says that it is 18/8 stainless and dishwasher safe. The instructions said hand wash and keep away from heat sources. So you could imagine that I was relying on a purchase, test it out real good, and could return if not satisfied mentality. My father was a welder and I am very familiar with all the types and grades of aluminum and steels. So, check that box that mine are stainless. And, it is beautiful. It doesn't have sharp edges as others commented and I love the guard on top for ice retention. Also, it is really pretty against the other brushed stainless appliances in the kitchen. I have a very old shinny stainless pitcher that has a small dent and refuse to give it up. I was hoping to find a replacement for another residence and when people come over (no one wants to drink from a dented old pitcher - doesn't look horrible but still). I am very please with this pitcher and recommend it. I give comments to very few items a year, but thought this one deserved a positive comment to help the next person on the fence with a purchase. I am thrilled, think the price is fair for 18/8 stainless, and recommend it.

This stainless-steel pitcher is the perfect size for using during any meal. It looks nice, is easy to clean, and best of all, it does not break if you accidentally drop it (which happened to us with our last pitcher - made of ceramic). We are quite happy with this pitcher.

Super easy to clean, handle is comfortable and seems durable. Only thing I don't love is iced drinks cause condensation on outside that can leave a water ring on the table.

I do wish it had a lid on it but it does the job! I’m an iced tea drinker so I always have freshly brewed iced tea in this in the frig. Keeps it ice cold!!!

Well designed, looks great! Definitely makes iced water look and taste more appealing... Like when you get it delivered to your room by room service.
