This is an excellent SUV scanner, the Autel ML519 as of now, I don't need to pay for a yearly subscription for updates but you know with technology that can change in the future!!! I just purchased a 2002 2nd Generation Honda CRV LX FWD with 181,000 original miles, I retire in two years and it will become my daily driver, I live in Colorado!!! I am learning this scanner and getting use to the capacity of this scanner. It works everytime, I plug it in my 2002 Honda CRV LX FWD and it is just great to have available for checking codes on a weekly basis. Best 60 dollars, I have spent in a while, I will give a yearly review of my scanner because, I believe it is very important for the average daily driver to have one of these scanners and keep it available in their vehicles!!! It's always better to be safe than having to worry about what is going on with your vehicle not having a vehicle scanner!!! I appreciate the simplicity of this scanner and it has already paid for itself!!!

Very nice OBD II Scanner. I did extensive research of all the scanners available on Amazon before I made this purchase. This one checked off all of the features that I was looking for. Aside from its' diagnostic abilities, it has a rubber protective strip around the unit to prevent damage if it's dropped by accident. Secondly, it comes with a durable carrying case for easy storage. When I had a question, the Autel Customer Service was very responsive.

It's good for basic tasks, however, if you need something more professional you'll need a scanner with a larger budget.

I got this specifically to check on some work done on my 2002 Mercedes SL500. It works perfectly for that and confirmed that the car was ready for a smog check. The live data function is fun. Not really all that useful for someone who is not actively tuning the car or running down a problem but still fun to see what the motor is doing. The VIN check could be really valuable in ensuring the car you are looking at purchasing really is the car shown on the VIN tag. For the money, I think it's an excellent buy. Not too big, but functional enough to get most DIYers pointed in the right direction.

Do not try to update it. The website has a glitch that causes problems on your laptop. The device itself works. Diagnosed my problem even though my problem was not triggering a check engine light

excelente visualización en la pantalla, el único problema es que no escanea todos lo vehículos, para el caso especial que lo compre es para escanear un Corsa 2003 hecho en Brasil y vendido que en México. Pero para escanear otros vehículos funciona muy bien.

I don't think the company cares so much about accuracy of codes. The codes given at the garage were accurate while the codes given by this model were not.
