I purchased this tracker/ignition cut off for my 2018 camry that i rent out as an uber in nyc.All functions work exceptionally from my phone every time.I advise to pay to have it installed these new cars have too many wires.The support team is the best i have ever delt with ever. Best customer support. I am a customer for life, just because of how well, expertly and professionally i was helped.My installer wired it in correctly, and they were able to remotely, on the first shot diagnose the problem, and immediately responded to my request for help.And were able to offer a solution, not an excuse.5 🌟

I had to write a review on this FANTASTIC PRODUCT. I had already purchased this same "type" of product from another company who shall remain nameless. The other company was rude, insulting, and absolutely no help at installation. And when my expert stereo guy couldn't get it working--they made some insulting comment and refused to work with me. Spy Spot and this product were the complete opposite. The installation(done by Pro Stereo Guys) was smooth and no hiccups. I needed some Tech support for the Starter Disable part of the software and a Tech called me back within 30 minutes. The problem was solved and I have a perfect GPS and remote(Internet) Starter Disable switch controlled from my iphone, ipad, or PC.-----Like others have said---not going to thwart the "expert" car thief---but it will be great for the other 99% of thiefs. I cannot say enough good about the people at Spy Spot---don't buy from anyone else.

I have purchased nine of these GPS tracking devices over the last two years and they are simply glorious. It provides great peace of mind and security knowing that I always have accountability of the locations of my cars and the ability to disable the vehicles if the situation requires. The installation process is very simple for my mechanic and usually takes less than 30 minutes. Activating the device is also pretty straightforward, as you just input the the IMEI and select the subscription plan. I strongly recommend the more expensive plan to receive GPS updates by the minute and kill switch capabilities. Speaking of which, one special note is that you must call customer support to request for them to activate the kill switch. This feature will not be available automatically. The customer support is always very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this device to anyone looking to enhance the security and transparency of their vehicle at an affordable cost.

Had a need for hard wire GPS tracking unit, and best of all, this one has a remote starter kill switch. Had it professionally installed. The computer app is solid, the android app is solid, and I am able to kill the starter from the android app, not sure what the other reviews were referencing.

Constantly dreaded my battery by reporting GPS every 60 seconds as opposed to every 60 minutes like I had it set for. Once I change it-it still drained my battery daily. I had to pay to get it removed, which was cheaper than the install, but overall a loss because they’d only refunded me a portion for the total I paid for the device plus the YEAR I’d paid in advance for the service. All-in-all I’d say I lost about $300 to this junk. Don’t buy unless you want to have this thing do as it wants just as the company does. Oh, wound up replacing my car battery for no reason and had to pay to ship it to them in Florida. Yeah, major losses!

Product advertised with a phone app. The app is not all inclusive as advertised. I purchased the hardwire gps with kill switch. The app does not have support for the operation of the kill switch. You must use a computer. Also they advertise that you can get one minute updates. It takes me five minutes to get updates. Much slower than advertised. If I knew there was no way my cell phone couldn’t activate the kill switch I never would have bought it.

I have bought six of these and it tracks all my vehicles I love it I can hit a button to kill the car and it won’t start does what is says

We've purchased and installed several of these for many years and they always work great. After install it sometimes takes a short while to register your initial location but after that, they provide many years of reliable tracking with engine start and stop notifications also.
