I got this for my son for Christmas. I asked last weekend how he is liking it and he couldn’t say enough positive in his review. The quality as the best knife he has ever used, hold its sharpness and as the main cook in his household said that slices everything from tomatoes, frozen meat with ease. The only con he had was that if he presses too hard it cuts through his plastic cutting boards but he needed to get new ones anyway.

I am embarking on my journey as a "real" cook or "advanced" sous chef as opposed to a real chef, and these knives make that journey easier and even more enjoyable. They are not too large, so they are easy to handle. They are sharp and well weighted, which makes the tasks of cutting meats and vegetables easier--almost fun. The price cannot be beat when one considers the impressive quality of these knives--and they look nice. In fact, they look very expensive, but they are surprisingly affordable. As I progress to more "advanced" cutlery, I will look for cutlery from this particular brand. They the best I've ever purchased, and they come highly recommended.

Finally a top tier chef knife at a good price sometimes you find junk at a good price and sometimes you find something really solid and worth every penny and this is one of those things that’s worth what you pay spend less and get less out of your knife spend more and you’ll get a quality blade but keep it sharpened that’s the trick a dull knife is obviously useless

Though this purchase hardly broke the bank, it was the first "higher end" knife I purchased after I determined that I want to become more serious about my cooking. I am very pleased with my first chef's knife. Balanced in the hand, beautiful to the eye, impressive on the job--it does each task at a high level and makes me feel I did myself a favor by investing in a quality implement. It also comes housed in a handsome protective box that keeps the blade out of harm's way when not is use. Highly recommended.

I used this for my work as i did a lot of food prep as a bartender and I dont regret my purchase! Will buy it again!

No es un cuchillo profesional, pero es el tipo de cuchillo que deseas tener en tu cocina si cocinas de manera regular, es bastante firma muy bien afilado (inclusive debes tener cuidado cuando lo lavas) el afilador que incluye sirvió para mis otros cuchillos, en general la relacion calidad precio es bastante buena
