The cardboard that came to hold the hat box shape was bent and it now does not hold the round shape of the box.

I rarely write reviews. This product is just awful. If you want a flimsy fold away carrier...go for it. You want something to protect your hat...look elsewhere. I will modify the internal bits with some rigid plastic and masking tape. But only because my wife needs it next week. For the price this is the worst product I have purchased through Amazon.

CRAP....wasn't even delivered

This little hat box is just what I needed! I bought a different one that was HUGE and had to return it.Is this one flimsy? YesIs the cardboard insert kinda cheesy? YesIs it stackable? NoBut it's perfect for my 6 year old grandson's 2 cowboy hats that he takes pride in. It will protect them from getting dusty and smashed on his dresser, and light enough for him to carry (with the little attached handle) for him to take on trips. I can't wait for him to open it on Christmas, along with his dad's cowboy hat from when he was little, and a belt with his name on it! Cowboy up little dude!**Update**I just bought ANOTHER one (gray this time) for my granddaughter's big floppy beach hat. I was worried it wouldn't fit but because the brim was only 4.5" (because she's only 9 years old) it fit! There is no wiggle room though, so if your hat has a larger brim, it won't fit. The cardboard walls are hard to keep in place and ate flimsy

Zipper was broken when I got it, but just backtracked and got it back on the correct track.. Flimsy and light. Came with two pieces of sturdy poster board that wraps around inside to create a circle inside the hat box for support.. However, the pieces together were too long and had to overlap or be cut. If they overlap, they make the inside smaller. Could be used for transporting a hat and take the cardboard inserts out and lay flat when not in use. Will work, but I have an expensive cowboy hat and would prefer more protection when traveling with it. This works, just need to be careful as it is not a sturdy item. You get what you pay for.I was going to return it, but I looked online for an hour trying to find a hat box for my cowboy hat. Practically non-existent unless I am willing to pay $69-90 for a hard shell one. I guess this is better than I could hope for at this point.
