Our 7 year old son loves this globe. It's easy to read, colorful, and sturdy. The base has a nice weight to it. In some ways a bigger globe would be nice (ease of reading the words, etc.), but this is the perfect size and heft to teach younger children about geography.

This globe is a great addition to our Study. My 8 year old enjoys looking for places on it...not just because it's so colorful but also because it's easy to read. Very happy with the purchase!

I chose this 9 inch globe over the 7 and 8 inch globes in the same price range. I think its easy to read the country names. Small countries like UAE and Kuwait are easy to find on this globe. Before I got this, my kids had problems even finding continents like Africa and Australia. It's a great kid size hands on learning tool for them. It seems well made.

GOOD SIZE GLOBE, GREAT VISUAL APPEAL

Wow it’s a beautiful globe I always prefer a blue one with legible words. I was happy to see the states names printed on the. US. My children ages 4 and 8 are very excited about it. My only complaint I wish the stand was longer and I wish you could tilt it. But for now it serves it’s purpose I intended it for, teaching the children. No USA individual state capitols but it does mark a capitol for each country and has a helpful key to identify the colored markers.

I like this. It has vibrant colors, turns easily and the names of things can be clearly seen. It is not as big as the globes I remember in classrooms, and is slightly smaller than I would have wanted, but, overall, it is nice.

A little smaller than I expedited but I don’t need a gigantic globe. I’m surprised at how easy to read it is, even as a kid some globes were hard to read. I’m using this for a presentation and so far it’s lightweight and easy for me to carry. I like it, I always wanted a globe and I got my chance.
