Evangelos Geravassiliou and Vassilis Tsaktsalis are two of the best white wine makers in Greece. These are cutting edge, world-class wines. The vineyards are based in Kavala, the second largest city in the north of Greece, where the excellent soil and microclimate provide long growing seasons. Grapes: 50% Semillon, 50% Assyrtiko Region: Kavala, Macedoni, Greece Notes: Light yellow with a green hue, enticing aromas of peach and vanilla with a burst of fresh grapefruit and minerals.
