Cat version and dog version have the same active ingredients? I realize the percentages are different.

I don't have a cat. It has a cross out on pic of cat on box and it also says do not use dog version on cats. I would think one is available for cats.

will this prevent heart worms like Heart Gard?

No, it does not. This only prevents fleas and ticks. I would consult a a veterinarian before starting any dog on heart worm medicine.

Where is the expiration date can't find one?

I have looked on box, on applicators and sheet inside but don't find any. I have never had a problem. Have bought from Chewy before but last year must have been the last which is why I bought from Amazon. It is good for 3 months. I intend to start using in June.

does this product have Lufenuron as an ingredient?

I do not believe so, as Fipronil is listed as the main active ingredient (same drug as Frontline). However, there is a large portion of inactive ingredients that are not detailed on the packaging.
